1. Purpose
At Island Play Cosmetics, we love celebrating creativity, individuality and authentic beauty experiences.
As part of our PR gifting programme, we may invite selected creators to receive complimentary products in exchange for the opportunity to experience our brand and share their genuine opinions.
By accepting a gifted PR package and agreeing to this policy, you grant Island Play Limited permission to use eligible content you voluntarily create and share, subject to the terms below.
2. Content Covered by This Agreement
This policy applies to original photographs, videos, unboxing content, product reviews, testimonials and other creative material that you:

Submit directly to Island Play Cosmetics, including through our designated content upload form, email or direct messages.

Publish on your social media accounts while tagging or mentioning our official brand accounts, where the content features or relates to products received through our PR gifting programme.
For clarity, this permission applies to content shared after your acceptance of these terms and relating to your gifted Island Play products.
3. Permission to Use Your Content
By accepting these terms, you grant Island Play Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, repost and adapt eligible content for Island Play Cosmetics' business, promotional and marketing purposes.
This includes use across:

Social media: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Pinterest and other official Island Play Cosmetics accounts.

Website: Our online store, product pages, customer reviews, landing pages and promotional banners.

Marketing communications: Email campaigns, newsletters and digital promotional materials.

Other brand materials: Digital and printed promotional materials associated with Island Play Cosmetics.
We may resize, crop, format or make minor edits to your content to suit different platforms, provided these changes do not materially misrepresent your experience or opinions.
Paid advertising: Use of your content in paid advertisements, sponsored campaigns, boosted posts or advertising run through your own creator account requires separate permission.
4. Content Ownership and Creator Credit
You retain ownership of your original content.
By agreeing to this policy, you are granting Island Play Limited permission to use your content as described above, not transferring ownership of your intellectual property.
Where reasonably practical, we will credit or tag your social media account when sharing your content. However, credit may not always be possible depending on the format or placement.
5. No Obligation to Create or Post
Receiving a gifted PR package does not automatically require you to publish content, provide a positive review or endorse Island Play Cosmetics.
We welcome and appreciate creators who choose to share their genuine experiences.
However, if you voluntarily submit eligible content to us or publish eligible content tagging our brand after accepting these terms, you agree that Island Play Limited may use that content in accordance with this policy.
We will not require you to express a positive opinion or make statements that do not reflect your genuine experience.
6. Your Responsibilities
By submitting or sharing eligible content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have obtained the necessary permissions to grant the rights described in this policy.

Your content does not knowingly infringe another person's copyright, privacy or other rights.

You have obtained appropriate consent from identifiable individuals appearing in the content.

You will comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements when posting about gifted products, including clearly identifying gifted or promotional relationships where required.
Any third-party music, images, footage or other materials included in your content must be appropriately licensed for the intended use. Island Play may decline to reuse content where those rights are unclear.
7. Duration and Withdrawal of Permission
The licence granted under this policy continues unless you request that we stop using your content.
You may contact us at admin@islandplaycosmetics.com to request that we discontinue future use of specific content.
We will review and action reasonable requests within 30 days. Content already included in distributed printed materials, completed campaigns or previously published materials may not always be capable of immediate removal.
Any withdrawal will not affect uses already lawfully made before the request.
8. Privacy and Personal Information
We may collect and process personal information, including your name, social media handle, email address and shipping details, to administer our PR gifting programme.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Your participation in this programme does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By selecting the acceptance checkbox on our PR gifting acceptance form, you confirm that:

You have read and understood this Creator Content Usage & Permission Policy.

You voluntarily agree to the content usage permissions described above.

You understand that Island Play Limited may use eligible content you submit or share while tagging our brand, without additional payment or approval for each permitted use.
