Returns / Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, Island Play Cosmetics do no accept returns of products and do not offer refunds for the sale of products or gift cards. 

Shipping Issues / Damages 

Island Play Cosmetics offers free shipping on orders over an expressed value. Our free shipping option is always 24 Hour Standard (Untracked) service. We recommend that you select a Tracked shipping option at checkout so you’re able to track the movement of your order once it has been dispatched by us. 

We will not accept responsibility for items lost by couriers during shipment/transit. 

When your orders are packed, it is always doubled checked to ensure that all items in each order are accurately packed and secured appropriately to avoid damage during shipment. We will not accept responsibility for orders that arrive damaged or items missing.
